We provided comprehensive legal advice to the Slovak group of companies active in television broadcasting, marketing, public relations and event organization in connection with the restructuring of business activities. We assisted in setting up the structure of the transaction, we prepared a complete legal documentation for the transfer of equity investments and merger of companies, we represented the client in communication with the Council for Broadcasting and Retransmission as well as before other authorities in order to comply with its registration and reporting obligations.
