Acquisition of construction company

We provided legal advice in the acquisition of Slovak construction company ensuring provision of mining-construction, construction, geological and drilling works. We prepared complete legal documentation for the implementation of changes in the ownership of the company, increase of its registered capital as well as for setting rules for operation of the company and its bodies for the future. We represented the client before the public administration authorities in order to comply with registration and reporting obligations.
