New stores of the PLANEO Elektro retail chain

We participated in the preparation of contractual documentation for the construction and rent of premises for the operation of the stores of PLANEO Elektro in several cities in Slovakia. Our advice included in particular commenting and amending the contractual documentation as well as provision of legal support to the client during negotiations concerning the content of the contractual documentation.
